Halo Activation Index Assembld

Here's a simple little one I did some time ago and just sorta forgot about. Well, I re-discovered it the other day while digging through my enormous folder of crap, and figured sure, why not throw it up with everything else?

For those of you that don't recognize it, this is the activation index, basically the ignition key for the enormous halo rings in the series of the same name, Halo.
