this was actually done with typical copy paper; you could try thicker cardstock, but thinner paper helps give the teeth clean edges

It comes to 15" (38cm) wide X 19" (48cm) high X 1.5" (3.5cm) thick, while the middle aperture has a diameter of 5.75" (14.6cm)
