I would recommend you make instructions for this.
Myself, I've hardly built anything other than the main body because of this.

This guy made a life-sized version of GLaDOS using Pepakura Viewer and the PDF from this. He posted the instructions on instructables. You could follow the instructions except with the default sizes. Here's the link, www.instructables.com/id/Full-…

sorry, there arent any written instructions for this model; you can try using the pepakura file linked in the description to help you assemble it though. use this for a basic understanding on pepakura models and papercrafting in general:

There aren't any written instructions, but the PePaKuRa model file (PDO) is included (see the description of the 'Assembled' deviation). Read the "PePaKuRa" section of this to see how to use it: [link]

No, I don't speak russian, I used a translator.
Нет, я не говорю по России, я использовал переводчика.

The "PDO" file is included, it is a model that shows connections. Use the program "pepakura designer".

Eh... I think I'll just make the cores for now...
Also would it be alright to use your cores as a base for the four in Portal 2?

The cores in my glados model? I suppose it's ok... they're just plain spheres though, and low resolution ones at that...

:iconkikaito:
Kikaito Featured By Owner Jun 12, 2011  Hobbyist Digital Artist
Yeah I was thinking about editing them into higher resolution and making them into all the cores/spheres.
This is literally the first time I've ever seen a sphere on any papercraft so I thought it would be best to look off how you made them...

honestly, i'd just model and map them from scratch if i were you, but if you really want to use them good luck

This is so intense!! XD
I printed this out yesterday and started it, and after cutting out 3 pieces, I realized this is a weekend project. I can't wait to finish it though. If my GLaDOS looks anything like your finished original, it'll be amazing!! :D These are so cool!!

And i have the pepakura viewer and the pdo file, it's just not showing the lines for the smaller folds.

You need PePaKuRa Designer, not Viewer. Go to Settings, Other Settings, on the "Line Style" tab, check the box "Hide almost flat folding lines" and change the "Threshold [xxx] Deg." number at the bottom (where xxx is the number) (between 0 and 180)
