you use liquid glue?
bleh i cant stand it. for small crafts with plain paper i use glue stick. quick bonding works great and holds. for bigger stuff and thicker paper use rubber cement. trust me it works great!

Heh, not shown. Only take it out when I use a razor blade, which isn't often. I do nearly all my cutting with scissors (plus the desk is like 15 years old and pretty banged up already, so its not like there's really much to protect.
